- Single Night £70 for 2 people, £15 per extra person

Additional details:
- What’s included: Bed and kitchen linen and towels are inclusive in the rates shown. Swimming pool, under-cover parking, DVD player, Central Heating & electricity.
- Children are welcome – there is a bedroom with a double bed and 2 extra beds can be made up in the living room.
- Dogs are welcome (extra £10 per week).
- Self-catering but can provide additional catering, breakfast, picnic lunches, dinner parties, etc on request.
- Limited broadband internet (wi-fi in main building).
- Can provide accommodation for local weddings, the Henley Regatta and other local events
Terms:
- Full balance due before arrival (if possible).
- Deposit of £50 per week (non-refundable in the event of no-show).
- Hire commences from 3pm on the first day of hire to 10am on the last day of hire (or by arrangement).
Limitations:
- Not suitable for disabled guests – stairs lead up to the flat.
- Limited public transport service.
